Elections preview??by John Edwards

Our annual election of Officers and Board Members will be held at the
November meeting.? Officers are elected for one year and Board
members for a two year term.? Board members are elected for staggered
terms.? There are currently several openings in the Board.? The
President and VP have traditionally put in two terms. The Current
president and vp are running for that second term. The secretary and
treasurer can hold those offices indefinitely. Nominations can also
be made by individual members at the meeting.? The only qualification
is that the person being nominated must be consulted and agree before
the nomination is made. If you are interested in any position on the
board please speak to one of the current members to have your name
put before the club for consideration at the November meeting, Those

????????? The new Officers and Board will take office on January 1,
2005.? Board members whose terms continue from the year 2004 are:
John Boyce?permanent Board member; Sandra Meyer?immediate past
president and those who are in the second year of their terms: Ben
Petrasanta, Elaine Lee and Aaron Newton.
