May 22nd: May 22 & 23, 2010 - BSSF 50th Anniversary Party and Show at the Hall of Flowers. This is the big one! BSSF will be holding their 50th anniversary celebration at the Hall of Flowers. Saturday, May 23 will be a buffet dinner and demonstration by Kathey Shaner, curator of the Bonsai Garden at Lake Merritt. Personalized invitations will be mailed to all BSSF members and local clubs. Mar 28th: March 24-28, - 2010 BSSF Annual Show at the San Francisco Flower and Garden Show. Once again, the BSSF show will be held at the San Mateo Event Center. Mar 21st: March 20-21 - Kusamura Bonsai Club - Kusamura Bonsai Club will hold its 50th Anniversary Show at Mitchell Park, 3800 Middlefield Road. Admission is free.
