I want to thank all of your members for participating in a fantastic exhibition of your bonsai, and for being such wonderful educators. Your presence in the festive happi coats brought the museum to life and the trees delighted everyone who saw them. It is rare that I personally spend that much time with a presentation, but it was so fascinating and all new to me. I enjoyed talking with several of your members, including yourself. The beauty of the trees is really impressive and the show looked really gorgeous. Our director Emily Sano commented to me that she enjoyed it as
well.

Please relay my thanks and congratulations to your team. I would love to host another bonsai event at the museum. A good time might be spring 2007, when we have a Japanese exhibition slated (mid-Feb-mid-May). I should know more in a few months.

John, a special thanks goes to you for coordinating everything so well. I know how difficult it can be to herd so many strong, creative minds in the same direction. Kudos to all your hard work. You made it so easy for us!

Please keep in touch and let me know about your upcoming shows.

All the best
Deb
